Sample list:
1. Provide the samples according to customers' requirements, and the sample period is generally within 7 days.
2. Take photos of samples to confirm before sending. If confirmed then to send out .

Order:
1. After the order is confirmed, we will follow up the order with the Documentary department and report the order progress of the regular. Update the progress of each material weekly. "Material progresses list".
2. After the raw materials come in, one more sample will be arranged for testing. Send the sample or provide the sample inspection report on the customer for confirmation. If the sample is confirmed, we arrange further production. If the sample need to be rectified, will rectify according to customer requirements and actual conditions until the customer is satisfied. 3. Every packaging detail involved will be confirmed with the customer, such as instruction manuals, color pages, elevator, washed labels, woven labels, buns, etc.
4. If the customer does not have the corresponding department to carry out the design of color pages or elevator, we have special designers to provide this service.
